• SpyCompany.Com accepts Visa/MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, International Money Orders, US Postal Money Orders, and wire transfers. Goldman Computers Online is the name which will appear on your invoice or credit card statement.

• You may also pay COD (domestic USA only). COD orders must phone first for approval.

• Orders are shipped via insured UPS 2nd Day Air delivery for just $12.00 total per order no matter how large the order to any address in the continental USA . At SpyCompany.Com, the more items shipped in your order, the more you save! Over Night Air is $20.00 total, flat rate for any size order.   Special Shipping and Handling Rates

• Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped by air delivery for $40.00 per order.

• Please understand that we do not accept credit cards on international sales. This is because the banking system does not yet have a way for merchants to verify the identity of foreign card holders. We will not risk that someone may be using your credit card without your permission. We do accept international money orders and bank or western union wire transfers.
  
  Our minimum order for international sales is $100 plus shipping.
  
  If you would still like to proceed with your order despite the fact that we do not accept credit cards on international sales than we will be happy to contact Fedex for exact shipping and handling quotes. For a shipping quote we need to know your exact order, your city, postal code, and country.
  
  To proceed, simply reply and request a Fedex International shipping quote and remember to include your original order information. You will also receive our bank wire information and our international money order instructions.
  
  The customer is wholly responsible for any custom duties, import restrictions, etc. All payments must be made by Bank Money Order in U.S. Funds. For Wire Funds Transfer, please contact SpyCompany.Com by email (or phone 1-888-477-9779) for our banking information. No L/C will be accepted.
  
  
• CANADIAN orders will be shipped by Fedex International. Credit cards are welcome, but please be sure to include the bank's customer service phone number so that we can verify the shipping address.
  Please specify $40.00 total for shipping/handling of any size order. Please make payment in U.S. Funds. The customer is wholly responsible for any custom duties, import restrictions, etc.

• All products are special ordered by the party ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of the spy product line, products may be used once to complete a mission and then no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Defective products will be repaired or exchanged per warranty.
  
  Warranty returns must Must Be Authorized by Goldman Computers and under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless accompanied by a properly marked RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA and shipping instructions may be obtained by contacting Goldman Computers by email (or phone).
  
  Return product via UPS or U.S. Mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. Goldman Computers cannot refund shipping fees.
  
  Upon approval of a rare exception, returns and refused deliveries are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  We can make arrangements for you to test certain products to your satisfaction. Simply phone before ordering and ask about obtaining authorization to evaluate a product.
  
  Orders that are shipped promptly and in good faith by SpyCompany.Com yet refused by the customer will be restocked subject to the 25% restocking fee plus a deduction for the invoiced shipping charges.

• Goldman Computers guarantees all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after sale to customer. Goldman Computers will replace or repair, at their discretion providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

• It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not SpyCompany.Com/Goldman Computers Online) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any item in this catalog. Consult your attorney regarding local, state, and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title III 18 U.S.C., Section 2511.
